I started my career writing code, but my heart was always in solving human puzzles. When I saw users struggle with clunky interfaces I’d built, I realized: great engineering needs great design. That ‘Aha!’ moment led me to pivot into UX—where I now combine logic and empathy to build bridges between people and technology.
